MONTREAL, QC — JUNE 17, 2026 — UniAction is proud to announce that official registration is now open for its upcoming Community Wellness Retreat. Designed as a transformative sanctuary for deep personal renewal, this immersive experience invites participants to disconnect from daily stressors and cultivate lasting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

A Healing Sanctuary for Diverse Women

This year’s retreat is thoughtfully designed to center and support diverse women, providing a dedicated, culturally sensitive environment for those who have navigated significant life disruptions. The programming specifically caters to women who have experienced trauma, displacement, grief, or personal loss. Recognizing that these profound experiences leave lasting imprints, the retreat offers a trauma-informed space where women from all walks of life can feel deeply seen, heard, and supported on their respective paths to reclamation.

Cultivating Renewal and Connection

The core objective of the UniAction Wellness Retreat is to provide a holistic framework for personal transformation and collective healing. Guided by expert facilitation, participants will engage in somatic work, mindfulness practices, and ancestral connection, learning to release tension, build emotional resilience, and listen to the language of the body. Far more than a temporary escape, the retreat is structured to empower attendees with practical, everyday tools to move out of survival mode and step into a state of thriving wellness.

True to UniAction's mission, the retreat also serves as a powerful community-building space—bringing together individuals dedicated to authentic healing, mutual vulnerability, and collective support.

Limited Space for an Intimate Experience

To maintain a deeply personal, safe, and impactful environment, spaces for this retreat are strictly limited. A small cohort ensures that every participant receives individualized attention and can fully engage with the wellness practices and group dynamics within a secure, high-trust container.

Due to the intimate nature of the program and high anticipated demand, early registration is strongly encouraged.

How to Register

Securing a spot is simple, and registration is being processed securely online. Interested participants can view full schedule details and lock in their attendance immediately.
